Spotlight on: Sean Stiber

It has been a VERY long time since we've featured one of our amazing members, and there is no time like the present! This gentleman has certainly impressed us this year with his role in Rehearsal for Murder! It is our pleasure to introduce our very own Sean Stiber (husband to our previously featured Rachel Stiber)!

Wouldn't Sean make a great villain?

Name: Sean Stiber

Occupation: Transportation Coordinator at Nortek

Time with StageCo: About 2 years

His work onstage includes:

The Death and Life of Sneaky Fitch- Bob Wilson

Rehearsal for Murder- Lloyd Andrews

And now, a brief interview:

Q: What do you enjoy most about being part of Stage Company?

A: Being a bit of an introvert, it’s a way for me to get out of comfort zone and challenge myself in a friendly, supportive environment.

Q: Do you have any favorite Stage Company memories?

A: I enjoyed throwing myself all over the stage during my death scene in Sneaky Fitch (his infamous death scene!).

Q: What are some of the challenges of acting in community theatre?

A: My biggest challenge is breaking out of my shell to perform.

Q: What are some roles or positions you would like to try in the future with the Stage Company? A: I would love the opportunity to play more comedic roles and I would love to play a villain.
